BLAYNE IN THE COMMUNITY

Phoenix Leadership Foundation | Co-Founder

With a 34% graduation rate, and nearly one in three rate of incarceration, the current numbers facing young black men are simply not sustainable. The Phoenix Leadership Foundation is dedicated to reversing that reality by generating and supporting programs that mentor young black men, support their education and expose them to new opportunities.

Working with her “better half” James Bailey, the couple founded the Phoenix Leadership Foundation in September 2015.
